New Year, New Projects, New Focus!

 Hello all of my wonderful friends! I have been away for much too long! I have been pouring myself into school and work and family. But I have been cooking more and more, inside and outside. I have been working on some Dutch Oven recipes and different things to cook on a griddle (smash burgers, etc). I am also renovating a 1973 15 foot Roadrunner camper! So I thought, what better way to keep track of the renovations, than combining them with cooking and posting them here! Here are some pictures of the camper.
